The scope of this competition was to establish a brand new living urban village that was in close proximity to Adelaide’s city centre and that will offer a contemporary mix development to the neighbourhood. The new Unley living village includes mainly residential buildings that also incorporate commercial and hospitality property. The idea of a ‘living village’ has inspired us to create something that is innovative, effective and beautiful. By mixing different programs into one single site, we imagine a better place to live and work that will be in line with the city’s development objectives of becoming a entrepreneur hub in the country that will continue to offer opportunities and attract young talent as well as families.
